Day 7

Ok,  I am getting back on track!  I ran a mile today.  Well, not consecutively.  I ran about 2/3 of it, which I have to say, is much better than when I started.  I think the cold weather hampered me a bit b/c I had to use my inhaler when I was finished.  I'll get better.  I just need to keep at it and not make it haphazard.  It has to be purposeful.  I know soon I will reach my first short term goal! 

Also, on a side note, I weighed yesterday and I have already lost two pounds!!!  Go me!

1st Short Term Goal: Run one consecutive mile!
