Why?
I have decided to get back to my love of running. I ran track in high school and was pretty good (7 minute mile). I loved the solitude and thinking time it gives me. After prompting from a good friend, who is also a work out fanatic, I have decided to train and run in the Disney Princess Half Marathon in February 2013. I now have a goal and, in order to have accountability, I will document my efforts in this blog so others can feel they are not alone in their workout trials and tribulations; or so they can just get a laugh-whatever works.
